Project Overview

EgyComm successfully delivered a full-scale technology infrastructure solution for GEMS Academy Alexandria in Alexandria, Egypt, completed in 2016. The project provided integrated systems designed to enhance digital learning, improve communication, and ensure a safe campus environment.

 
Scope of Work EgyComm provided end-to-end implementation of the following critical educational technology systems:
 
  • Data Infrastructure & Active Data Network: Implementation of high-performance structured cabling and an active network backbone to ensure seamless connectivity for administrative systems and digital learning platforms.
  • Wireless Network: Deployment of a full-coverage Wi-Fi solution across classrooms, labs, administrative offices, and open areas to support the use of interactive learning tools.
  • Surveillance System: Installation of a comprehensive IP-based surveillance system covering key areas to enhance campus safety and support incident monitoring.
  • VoIP Telephony System: Deployment of a modern VoIP telephony system to streamline internal and external communications, supporting administrative coordination and emergency response.
