Project Overview

EgyComm successfully delivered a comprehensive technology infrastructure transformation for Gleem Bay, a premium residential development in Alexandria, Egypt, completed in 2019. The project aimed to provide integrated smart residential solutions to enhance the resident experience and ensure property security.

Scope of Work EgyComm provided end-to-end implementation of the following critical systems:

  • Fiber Optic Infrastructure: Installation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) technology, enabling ultra-high-speed internet, 4K/8K streaming, and remote work capabilities.
  • Wireless Network: Deployment of a comprehensive Wi-Fi network ensuring uninterrupted connectivity across residential units, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
  • Data Infrastructure & Active Network: Design of a structured network backbone and installation of enterprise-grade switches and routers to support high-performance data transmission.
  • Surveillance System: Installation of an advanced security system covering entrances, parking areas, and perimeter zones with real-time monitoring capabilities.
  • Public Address System: Implementation of a professional audio system for facility-wide announcements and emergency alerts.
  • PBX Telephony System: Deployment of a modern telephony system to facilitate efficient internal communications for property management and security.
