Project Overview


EgyComm successfully executed a complete smart infrastructure solution for Leven Factory in Borg El Arab, Egypt, completed in 2016. This project reflects expertise in delivering comprehensive industrial technology systems that enhance communication, security, and operational efficiency within large-scale manufacturing environments.

 
Scope of Work EgyComm provided end-to-end implementation of the following critical industrial systems:

  • Data Infrastructure & Active Data Network: Design and deployment of a structured cabling system and high-performance active network ensuring stable, high-speed data transmission across the factory to support production monitoring and administrative functions.
  • Wireless Network: Installation of a wide-coverage wireless network connecting offices, production areas, and warehouses, ensuring mobility and real-time data access.
  • Surveillance System: Deployment of a comprehensive IP surveillance system providing full visual coverage of internal and external factory zones to enhance operational safety and ensure compliance with industrial standards.
  • PBX Telephony System: Implementation of a professional PBX communication system enabling efficient internal coordination and external communication across multiple departments.
  • Public Address System: Installation of an integrated public address system providing clear communication for announcements, emergency notifications, and operational messages.
