Project Overview


EgyComm is currently executing a complete technology infrastructure implementation for Teleperformance across two strategic locations: San Stefano (Alexandria) and ONE K Tower, Qatamia (Cairo). The project is currently in progress and aims to support 24/7 business operations while ensuring employee safety and maintaining high standards of data security.
 
 
Scope of Work EgyComm is providing end-to-end implementation of the following critical enterprise systems:

  • Fire Alarm System: Installation of advanced systems designed for high-occupancy facilities, featuring early detection, multi-zone monitoring, and automated alerts to ensure maximum safety.
  • Surveillance System: Deployment of enterprise-grade security covering operational floors and critical zones, providing real-time monitoring, high-resolution recording, and intelligent analytics.
  • Passive and Active Network Infrastructure: Implementation of a comprehensive network solution combining structured cabling and fiber optic backbone (passive) with high-speed switches and routers (active) to support voice, data, and cloud applications.
  • Access Control System: Installation of a sophisticated system managing personnel movement through biometric authentication and real-time logging, fully integrated with HR systems for role-based access.
