Project Overview


EgyComm is currently executing a complete technology infrastructure transformation for Triumph Hotel in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo City, Egypt. The project is currently in progress and demonstrates expertise in implementing integrated smart hotel solutions that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and safety standards.

 
Scope of Work EgyComm is providing end-to-end implementation of the following critical hospitality systems:

  • Hotel Management System: Implementation of a comprehensive solution that streamlines operational aspects such as reservations, guest check-in/check-out, housekeeping coordination, and billing processes.
  • Fire Alarm System: Installation of an advanced system designed to meet the highest safety standards, featuring early detection capabilities and automated alerts integrated with emergency response protocols.
  • IP-PABX System: Deployment of a state-of-the-art IP-based Private Automatic Branch Exchange system that supports VoIP technology and integrates with hotel management systems for seamless communication.
  • Surveillance System: Implementation of a comprehensive security system covering public areas, entrances, and guest floors to ensure property protection and guest safety.
  • Public Address System: Installation of a professional audio system supporting emergency announcements, background music, and paging capabilities throughout the premises.
  • GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network): Deployment of cutting-edge fiber-optic technology providing ultra-fast, reliable connectivity and high-bandwidth capabilities to support all hotel systems and guest services.
